We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original condition and packaging. To be eligible, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to start a return:

Email us at pepifysupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Refund processing:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable items:

Personalized, custom-made, or on-sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged or defective items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
